Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Right Side Law, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Please read it with our Terms of Use.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us. That includes your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your situation when you fill out a form, call us, or email us. We may also collect basic technical information, like your device or browser, when you use our website.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your questions, review your case, send the messages you asked for, and improve our services. If you give us your contact information, we may contact you by phone calls, including live calls and calls that use an automated system, artificial intelligence (AI), or an artificial or prerecorded voice. We may also contact you by email and client portal chat. If you opt in to texts, we may also send you text messages.
Your opt-ins belong to you, and we do not sell them
First-party use only. Your phone number and the permissions (opt-ins) you give us are used by Right Side Law, LLC to send our own messages. We do not sell, rent, or share them with any other company.
No resale of mobile opt-ins. Your mobile opt-in and text message consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to any outside company, partner, or affiliate. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers only. The only sharing is with trusted providers that help us deliver our own messages, for example our texting and calling platform. They act on our behalf, may use the information only to provide that service to us, and cannot reuse it for their own purposes.
If we refer your case to another law firm
Sometimes a case is a better fit for another law firm. If you ask us to, we may pass your case details to that firm so it can review your matter. That firm receives your case details only. Your mobile opt-in and your text message consent stay with Right Side Law, LLC and do not travel with the referral. No other firm may use your number to send you its own marketing text messages. If that firm wants to text you, it has to ask you for your permission on its own. If you would rather we did not share your case at all, just tell us and we will stop.
Text messaging (SMS)
You can opt in to our marketing texts by checking the text message box on our sign-up form. The box is separate from every other permission, and it starts unchecked. That box links to this page and to our Terms of Use, so you can read both before you agree.
If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to cancel or reply HELP for help at any time. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Saying yes to texts is not a condition of any purchase or legal service. For the full text terms, see our Terms of Use.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of our messages at any time. To make a request, call (855) 782-6348 or email. We will respond as required by the laws that apply to you.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
