What we do
Right Side Law, LLC is a law firm in Kansas City, Missouri. We help people with personal injury and workers' compensation matters, and we also handle employment discrimination, criminal defense, and traffic matters. We serve the Kansas City metro area in Missouri and Kansas.
No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
The information on this site is for general purposes only and is not legal advice. Using this site or sending us your information does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and the firm sign a written agreement.
Contacting you
If you give us your contact information, you agree we and our agents may contact you to answer your questions and talk with you about your case review. This may include phone calls (live calls and calls that use an automated system, artificial intelligence, or an artificial or prerecorded voice), email, and client portal chat. You can opt out of any channel at any time. Text messages have their own rules, described below.
SMS / Text Message Terms
These terms apply to our text message (SMS) program. You opt in by checking the separate text message box on our sign-up form. That box starts unchecked and links to this page and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Company. This text message program is offered by Right Side Law, LLC.
2. Program description. We send marketing messages to people who opt in, such as reminders about a free case review, updates about a personal injury or workers' compensation question, and helpful tips about the claim process.
3. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
5. Customer support. Questions? Call us at (855) 782-6348 or email.
6. How to opt out and get help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one message to confirm and then stop texting that number.
7. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information. 8. Delivery. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your text message consent is your choice
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving legal services. You may use our services without opting in to texts.
We do not sell or share your text opt-in
Your mobile opt-in and text message consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to any outside company, partner, or affiliate. If we refer your case to another law firm, your text message consent stays with Right Side Law, LLC and does not travel with the referral.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or try to access it in any unauthorized way.
